    i live in a house that was foreclosed in feb 2007. the so- called trustee served all the tenants execpt myself and my husband. lond story short the house was deed to me in 2005. the deed was indexed in nov 2004 before the lis pendis was filed. jp morgan trustee deed of assignment was filed a week after my deed was recorded. the marshal tried to evict me and i refused to leave the property because i was not named nor was i served. the marshal left. the marshals tried to evict me again when on the same grounds. however, the lawyers tried to amend the motion stating tht the bankof nt trust is are the new owners. i got that dismissed, however they added my name as if i were served at the commencent of the foreclosure action in 2004. i am going to continue fighting eviction. plus there are some discrepancies as to who owned the note can you give me any suggestions?
