Neil, I attended your seminar in San Diego last year and follow your site everyday.
We did sue in 2009 but had to give up that fight (dismissed WITHOUT prejudice) because we couldn’t get an atty here to battle for us.
This year we were “successful” in securing loan mods on 4 of our properties while all were in default.
We are working on another now.
However, we have lost 2 others in short sale and may not be able to hold on to another.
In short, we want to revisit the possibilty of going back to court and challenging any/all pretender lenders any way we can, even for the lost ones.
The whole fraud makes me sick, and there has to be a way, even if my mods had the effect of affirming debt.
WHO CAN I CONTACT TO FIND OUT MY OPTIONS?
Thanks,
MGS
This is the number of days since the Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne told Neil that he would get back to Neil on why the AZ AG is not prosecuting the banks and servicers for corruption and racketeering by submitting false credit bids from non-creditors at foreclosure auctions.
Days will be updated daily until we get a response
