My mortage is held in house by a local bank.I got behind but they told me to keep making payments and they would modify loan.We met with bank and they said they would work out new terms and notify us.We waited and finally called and were told they had changed there mind.The bank filed for forcloser and we are now listed in a sheriff’s sale.What should Ido?
