I applaud you on your many successes related to the Web Blog for Livinglies.
It may be time, again , to come back to the West Coast? This time — to Northern California for the livinglies foreclosure defense homeowner/lawyer workshop.
There is an event in San Francisco at the “Cow Palace” stadium sponsored by NACA (the National Association of Consumer Advocates”) this week. I was told that there are 30-50,000 homeowners “packed in tents” at the stadium who are in jeopardy of losing their homes to foreclosure. They have all massively appeared hoping to do a loan work out on their mortgages with NACA’S which we know (as has been reported to me) that the banks have no real intention of helping distressed borrowers whose loans are resetting while their house value remains underwater.
Because to help these homeowner investors stay in their homes would only expose their criminality. These Banks would rather throw families out to the curb after the taxpayers bailed them out! This is simply not the way we do things in America! Thank goodness for the Judges that see the wrongs committed against the American people.
Homeowners all over the country are in dire need to learn from you giving them hope to a brighter tomorrow as you continue through the blog site by providing educational channels to help them stay and fight for their homes.

Robert,
I am sorry that this is not working for you and while I understand your frustration…. I would like to give you my 2cents regarding Neil’s seminars and process, etc.
One, There is no magic bullet in the courts especially in this day and age where judges will do whatever they well please; Neither Neil, nor anyone else for that matter, can do anything about that.
Two, Some attorneys will be unscrupulous -OK, many in some areas- and they will try to charge you an arm and a leg. Go to the next one and if you want to use one that will apply Neil’s strategies, get one that not only attended his seminar, but that is humble enough and smart enough to continue working with Neil’s team to win.
Three, I am not using an attorney for my case…. Right or wrong, i don’t know…. but it is working so far -Florida-. Yes the price is high: working on it has cost me countless hours of work, study, research, paperwork…. but it has been a year… and I am still in my home (so are other pro se I know) and I believe that we are close to some conclusion.
Four, Neil has in his HOMEOWNER’s book. many success stories where folks have won using this strategy … So YES, IT IS WORKING!
Five, Keep fighting… Be a pitbull, and if that is not enough, get trained with this guy’s excellent legal material for any type of lawsuit at http://www.jurisdictionary.com?refercode=ME0002
and most of all, KEEP DA FAITH!!!!
It is a dog-eat-dog arena in this day and age….
Find your state relevant Statutes and Codes etc and fight …until you win. If you plant your teeth deep enough and trust Neil and spend YOUR time making things happen, instead of relying on blood-money-sucking attorneys that will not follow Neil’s training, or if you find some other lawyer that you can trust, you will prevail. I personally rely on God, on Neil’s gold mine website, and on my efforts. So far so good.
Be strengthened and attack that beast and you shall win.
Remember, “as a man thinks, so is he”… so think and believe in your victory!
God bless!
I just received a copy of the Newtimes article attached saying our Governor just signed a bill removing the Anti-defficiency protection from all homeowners.
As far as the “Produce the Note” defense for homeowners. It all sounds nice but in practice it doesn’t work so why get people hopes up.
I have found that lenders won’t respond to the homeowners, Attorneys either don’t understand this defense or they are asking outrageous amounts of money to “try it” when they have no experience or proof that they can accomplish the goal. Judges are not allowing TRO’s in the state courts even when the argument is the lender must prove they have an interest to even be in the suit let alone stop the TRO. One attorney Beth Findsen, Phx. AZ asked for $4000 up front, then $1250 per month and then a 16% contingency fee???? who can afford this?
While you are selling seminars about this defense, who has ever been successful, where are the case laws, how can it be done with out spending lots of money? If it can’t be done for a reasonable fee then it will never get done.
I have been a big supporter of you and what you teach but when I tried to apply it…………………it doesn’t work. I will lose two more houses in the next month. Then probably the other 3 thereafter….. so what good does knowing this theory do?
1 other thing can i suggest a paypal link to make a donation to the web site.
i wanted to make 1 to show both my thanks and support for all your efforts here but i did locate a link to make a donation thru.
is emailing you the donation pdf filled out the other [non online] except-able method?
… btw i’m sure in an otherwise totally bleak outlook
on the entire foreclosure problem- you have been the most beneficial and inspiring hope for us homeowners bar none.
