  1. @ForThePeople will you take MA cases of FRAUD and Illegal Foreclosure and Unethical Judgment by corrupt Judge?

  2. Thanks Shadowcat. After what I went through with the other 2 attorneys I had, I believe this man is Heaven sent. If anyone wants to inquire about Mr Kalinoski before you call him just post an email here and I will respond.

  3. That is Awesome. News. .For the People!!!

  4. I can personally recommend attorney Richard Kalinoski for anyone in Florida. He was referred to me by Dave Krieger from ‘Clouded Titles’. Finally, I have awesome representation that is affordable. He accepts cases throughout the state including Appealant level. He can be reached at 407-492-3067.

  5. CRD. .. I paid my attorney a fee to review my documents after I had done so myself. I was shocked at the things I learned. I continued to pay the attorney to litigate and take care of those pesky procedures.
I followed their directives and went about life leaving them to do their jobs. I certainly did not go to them and try to tell them their job and tell them how to do it. I know they have upfront costs..secretaries paralegal and other payroll expenses and overhead. I know ordering records and reports for the clients require funding. I know there are ‘court filing g fees. But what do I know.

I also know they to have families and bills to pay just like we do.

Then there are what I refer to as Free Loaders ..on both sides of the fence.

  6. Consumer Rights Defenders comments on Dwight in N.Jersey:

The comments of this gentleman we respond to. We have assisted hundreds of pro se litigants over the years and require a full disclosure of all facts surrounding a litigant’s case. This man solicited our expertise and wanted about 20-30 hours of our services. He was financially challenged and admittedly did not want to pay for such services. Moreover, he chose not to cooperate with simple directives that would have assisted his case. He was in pro se and had huge complicated court files that needed a review, that he did not understand nor did he have counsel to assist him.

His concerns were all addressed with a suggested course of action he refused to follow. He was angry we would charge a fee to review hundreds of pages of his case. We did not receive any compensation from this person and gave him a free lengthy consultation.

Had he as a pro se litigant not been completely confused about his own long standing case, he never would have needed such a disciplined analysis by us. Trying to defame an organization as this person has done serves no purpose and harms the public we have served for over 9 years. We spend hundreds of hours a year giving free assistance to homeowners, other paralegals and attorneys needing a hand of help. At the day’s end, this man did not receive any services from CRD nor paid for any.

CRD by this response, only wishes to clear our name and not engage in invective, sulfuric rhetoric against a terribly upset litigant who chose another course without sufficient resources.

Respectfully to all of our readers,

    Steve Nelson, J.D.
    Sara Stephens J.D.
    Consumer Rights Defenders.

  7. Please find attorney in MA?

Add Missouri to the list, can’t find anyone that is willing to take on this issue.

will you post an email address? I’ll tell you an attorney who MIGHT get involved. He has been practicing law for a long time, but shied away from these issues. He thinks no one has the money to pay him. He’s at least honest. imo.

  10. *** BE ADVISED ….

ConsumerRightsDefenders who keeps jumping on these threads without sharing any useful information but just for the sole purpose of luring foreclosure victims to their site, is apparently not affiliated or associated with this Living Lies Website … I called for the free consultation and they wanted me to first mail them my entire case and transcripts in 3 ring binders with color tabs identifying separate docs, and attach a payment of $3,500.00 so that they can begin reviewing.

When I asked “what do I get in return for my 3,500.00 dollars?”

They replied .. “What do you mean “what do you get?”

They continued .. “We are not preparing papers, motions, legal strategies .. we are simply analyzing your case and emailing you our analysis”

*** Not a very good deal in my opinion … beware of companies who are popping up in order to take advantage of the foreclosure crisis …

I also don’t think it shows much class for them to use this site as their free billboard to troll for money from struggling homeowners ..

For all of their self proclaimed expertise and concern for victims, have they ever posted their own legal opinions and strategies here as a courtesy to the community of members posting here?

Or is it always about making money off the backs of the suffering victims?

Neil Garfield , rciferri, JG, NPV and all of the other contributing professionals here deserve a big round of applause for the class they show on this board. Contributing in a positive manner to the discussions on this board is vital to homeowners understanding their rights and understanding why the courts have been denying them justice and due process.

  14. Hi Neil,
Please add Maryland to the list. There’s an attorney here who’s helping countless homeowners in the DC area with foreclosure defense. He’s also very familiar with rescission and had beat back several pretend lenders in bankruptcy court since 2010. He was willing to list my rescinded loan as unsecured in a chapter 7 while other attorneys laughed me off their offices. He forced GMAC to withdraw their motion to lift stay based on his response to their motion. He’s currently in adversary proceeding against another pretend lender that emerged seven years after the loan the loan was rescinded.I’ve forwarded this link to him earlier for his review. Thanks a million Neil for opening this opportunity.
