Go to LA Seminar

This Saturday, October 31, 2015 a new seminar is being hosted by the Rodriguez Law Group and USC Dornsife Trial Advocacy Program entitled “Litigation Techniques, Critiques and Strategies Under SB 900 (California), Federal Regulations, Securitization and Rescission.” It is a foreclosure defense seminar. 6 hours CLE in California — other states vary on CLE credits.

The instructors are Attorney Patricia Rodriguez whom many of you know as a guest on my radio program and Attorney George M. Hill. I recommend it. The event is at Taper Hall Auditorium, RM 301. 3518 Trousdale Parkway, University Park, CA 90089.

  2. Before you commit to any “foreclosure defense seminar”, everyone should vet these attorneys to see how many jury/court trials in foreclosure defense they have tried to a conclusion, appealed, and what their discovery protocols are to unearth the damaging facts against the banks? If they are truly qualified to litigate, then by all means GO! Power comes from knowledge. “In all you getting, get understanding.” Proverbs 4:7
