On November 20, 2012, Lorraine O’Reilly Brown, the former president of mortgage-document mill, DocX, LLC, a subsidiary of Lender Processing Services, pleaded guilty in federal court in Jacksonville, Florida to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud.  DocX produced over one million mortgage assignments.  These assignments were used in foreclosures across the country. Brown admitted that she knew that these assignments were being prepared to use in foreclosures.

In tens of thousands of cases, these fraudulent documents were used by mortgage-backed trusts to show that the trust acquired a mortgage.  The information on these assignments was false – the trusts did not acquire the mortgages on the date set forth on these DocX Assignments.

Signatures were forged, notarizations were wrongly added to create an appearance of authenticity.  Job titles were falsely claimed.

Which trusts used these phony DocX-prepared mortgage assignments?  The trusts that used these Mortgage Assignments to foreclose include those listed below, with the name of the trustee following the name of the trust.

I am a Veteran, I was victimized by Right Away Mortgage, Saxon, American Horizon, Lehmann Brothers Aurora Home Loans, Citi Bank and Others and CHASE (serviced) foreclosed after stating in a Letter to The C.F.P.B. a letter of RESCiSSION (after my complaint) aided by M.E.R.S./ First American Loanstar Trustee Solutions and these smaller mortgage lenders that acted as cover for the bank(jp.chase).
    But then all of the focus was on the BANKS and these pop-up lenders were Subsidiaries (right-a way,Saxon.american horizon, aurora home loans and others.ie First American Title ins. Company.
    I filed a written R.E.S.P.A. to All lenders, No one responded ((by registered US Mail) The original lender, Right-A-Way Mortgage and all, not only violated The Truth in Lending Law but also my Civil rights, remember that I qualified for The Veterans loan (no down) but after owning a home (V.A.) for twenty years and having never late on my payments and in this loan process “I put up $37,5k on $250k property, I’m a Vet. Disabled vet. Recovering from Cancer and now homeless.
    The Contract that I signed call for a V.A. Guaranteed Loan/ Thirty-Fixed Conventional .
    The Final Contract (four months later) was this Sub-Prime/two year interest-only loan with-out the V.A. backing.
    My complaints were filed with The Dept. of Corp. Sn. Boxers Off. The Comptroller of The Currency,The C.F.P.B.,The D.O.J. And some none-profit groups.
    With all of the violations and obvious lies again I am a Vietnam Vet.
    I do not think this country loves it’ Veterans but it does love it’ FREEDOM!!

    I have the same problem with TBW. They assigned my loan after it was rescinded to Nationstar. Nationstar is foreclosing after the rescission was recorded.

    The candidates, with the one exception of the Senator from Vermont, are owned; bought-and-paid-for, by “Corporate Interests”.

    The “Locater” for the collateral (your foreclosure, they don’t care about the house0 the banks are using is the response to the “Foreclosure Notice”.

    Once the Notice goes out and returns, the “Servicing Banks” place, “Naked Short Sale Bets”, the “Loan” will “Default.

    They are operating in a closed system that is proprietary unto themselves because anyone not signatory to the PSA is, on their face, a third party to the deal…

    Those “defaults” are phony- because the banks are manipulating the ability to describe those “defaults”, despite the fact the “loans” were “PAID-IN-FULL”, long before ANY “default” was EVER described by the Bank.

    Newsflash: your “mortgage” has already been paid, multiple times, by multiple players; in a closed system you and the investors on your “loan” were never supposed to know about.

    Don’t believe me?: Google a recent Bank of America 14 Billion Dollar Settlement, BOA paid to the investors on a group (pool) of “Loans”, that describe a phony “Trust”.

    The GLB Act put the finishing touches on the destruction of “Glass-Steagall”, and, because that is true, it allowed the banks to manipulate the “CASH RESERVE REQUIREMENT- money, set aside, by the “Lending Bank” as a “cash reserve” each time that bank “wrote a loan”.

    This meant more-and-riskier “loans” could be fabricated at a faster pace with the resulting “loan” issued in hap-hazard reliance on the rules.

    For example, the bank issuing the “loan” couldn’t have cared less how solvent it was likely to remain, as an example.

    It was during this time, the TBTFs began FRAUDULENTLY manipulating interest rates in their favor, Google: “THE LIBOR”.

    Every single TBTF fraudulently monkeyed with interest rates, across every spectrum of bank “lending”.

    NewsFlash- all foreclosures are FRAUDULENT!

    The “REMIC Trusts” have zero assets.

    Conversely, the Pension Plans that funded the “loans” also have zero assets. There is no “RES”, within and among those “pools” claiming those “RES” (“loans”).¬¬¬

If nobody signing these documents has personal knowledge of what happened to the asset and lets face it with MERS a single loan apparently going in and out and then in again just to foreclose then whats the bit in the middle you know since closing on the subject loan, hence they do not want a rescission of the contract. Bank of America filed a foreclosure deed on my mortgage in Jan. 2014. Corelogic e-filed a pt-61 for 21,800 dollars. Corelogic then filed an assignment in Oct. 2014 transferring the same security deed and note to Carrington. Matt Martin reality management posted a deed selling the same property for 54,900 dollars. FEB. 2016 I GOT A 1099 FOR 205,000 DOLLARS from Carrington. I found out that GNMA purchased my mortgage out of a MBS at TBW in 2009 for 211,370. What really happened at TBW, Look up case 3:09-bk-07047-JAF doc 1644 filed 07/01/2010.

    AHM had a bankruptcy everybody. I believe that some of the real information is located within the bankruptcy documents and that some of the alleged assets disappeared at the time of or during the period of the bankruptcy.

    She attatched my notary acknowledgements to documents I was not a witness too. Among one of our many heated conversations (after I had turned my records over to authorities ) I turned her account over to collections. It took me 6 months to collect from that snotty biotch, but I got paid, including late fees, interest and debt servicing fees!!!!
